Hello! I’m Anna, your trusted partner and guide through every season of life.

Real estate often comes with a life transition. It might be your first home, a relocation, an investment, downsizing after many years in the same home, deciding it’s time for something different, or closing a chapter. I believe my job is to understand what’s driving your move, advocate for my clients, and help you navigate what comes next with confidence.

I’m a licensed New Mexico real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Legacy, serving Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe and surrounding communities. Since beginning my real estate career in 2022, I’ve represented buyers and sellers across a wide range of residential real estate, including first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, investors, relocating clients, seniors, and families navigating major life transitions.

As a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I have a particular passion for serving older adults and their families. Before real estate, I spent eight years in the senior living industry, with experience spanning activities, admissions, sales and marketing across multiple levels of care. That background gives me an understanding of the many decisions that can accompany aging in place, downsizing, transitioning to senior living, or selling a longtime family home. Staying connected to and giving back to the senior community is especially important to me, so I enjoy hosting Pie Socials at local senior centers, bringing people together for pie and conversation. 

I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and that educator mindset is still very much a part of how I work. I believe clients should understand their options, know what to expect, and feel comfortable asking questions. Whether I’m developing a marketing strategy for a seller, negotiating on behalf of a buyer, or finding a creative solution when a transaction gets complicated, my goal is to provide clear communication, thoughtful guidance and strong advocacy from beginning to end.

I’m a member of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and Southwest Multiple Listing Service.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me playing volleyball, sitting at the piano, singing along to something in the car, or spending time with my rescue pittie, Bear, and my very opinionated cat, Moana. My role in my family is one of the most important roles of my life. And when things finally get quiet, I still love ending the day outside under the moon and night sky.
